ABOUT ELYACHAR PROPERTIES LLC
Elyachar Properties LLC is a family run property management company operated through our midtown Manhattan office. Our three buildings, Gerel, Timston and Ruradan, have been owned and managed by the Elyachar family since 1929. For over 80 years the company has governed its practices based on the values it was founded upon: Honesty, Integrity, and Assertiveness. Colonel Jehiel Elyachar first founded the company, and through the years expanded it with his two sons, Ralph and Daniel. Now in its third generation, the corporation is managed by Jonathan R. Elyachar, Richard A. Katz, and Justin R. Elyachar. |
OUR MISSION
By adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, our experienced and accommodating staff ensure that our residents feel right at home.
On-site management and round-the-clock doorman service allow us to maintain direct communication with our clients. We use a hands-on, personal approach to attend to every individual need of each resident, and continue to persist in constantly improving our properties.
Many of our apartments have been beautifully renovated and are meticulously maintained so that our residents can be proud to call this place home.
